Approached off A494, sign-posted Llanuwchllyn, then turn left, opposite the bus shelter, sign-posted Bala Lake Narrow Gauge Railway. Cottage is on the left after passing over a train bridge. Tarmac parking.
Level tarmac area to front and level concrete patio to rear accessed by means of a metal staircase.
Mainly level lawned rear garden accessed by concrete steps or sloping lawned area from patio within fenced boundary wall.
Gate access to shallow river and to separate level lawned clothes drying area.
Laundry and games room accessed from patio area.
Rear garden off road gravel parking for 2 cars on slight incline accessed via wooden gate.
Main entrance into entrance porch through wide (800mm) wooden door.
Level and spacious ground floor accommodation with wide (750mm) doors to all areas.
Kitchen has work surfaces.
Spacious lounge and lounge/diner with ample natural lighting. Remote control TV's.
Standard size bedroom on first floor accessed by wooden dogleg staircase. Also outside concrete stairs to first floor.
Bath, WC and shower on ground floor and first floor. Separate shower cubicle in first floor bathroom.
Service dogs welcome and one well behaved pet by arrangement.
Public transport at end of cul-de-sac.
Additional torch lighting in all living rooms.
Booking Terms & Conditions
All weeks are Friday to Friday.
Short breaks also available Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri except during peak periods.
Prices include heating, lighting, bed linen and towels. (Please bring your own cot linen)
One well behaved dog is allowed by arrangement at an additional cost of £20.
A booking confirmation deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should it be necessary to cancel the holiday the full amount is payable unless a minimum of 2 weeks notice of cancellation is given in writing.
Cheques should be made payable to Sue Jones and sent to the Wrexham address below and NOT to Y Stabal.
The arrival and departure times are 3pm and 10am respectively unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
The cottage sleeps up to 9 guests plus a child of cot age.
